Edgewater Exploration is a Canadian-based mineral exploration and mine development company with gold assets in the prolific gold region of Ghana, West Africa and north-west Spain. Edgewater owns a 100% interest in the Corcoesto Gold Deposit in northwest Spain where drilling has outlined a NI 43-101 Indicated Resource of 315,000 ozs gold and an Inferred Resource of 885,000 ozs gold. In Ghana, Edgewater is partnered with Kinross Gold Corp on the Enchi Gold Project. The Enchi Project covers a 40 km strike length of the Bibiani Shear Zone that hosts a number of major gold mines and deposits including the Chirano Gold Mine and the Bibiani gold deposit.

ENCHI GOLD PROJECT, GHANA

Red Back and previous workers have discovered and identified 16 separate gold mineralized zones on the Enchi Project that have the characteristics of classic Pre-Cambrian Greenstone-hosted quartz vein style gold deposits. This style of gold mineralization is the most important type of gold occurrence in West Africa and is commonly referred to as the” Ashanti-type” in this region of West Africa.

CORCOESTO GOLD PROJECT, SPAIN

The Corcoesto Gold Mining Property is an advanced-stage gold exploration project situated in northwest Spain, approximately 36 km west-southwest of the port city of La Coruña in the Galician Autonomous Community. It is located approximately 1.5 km east of the village of Corcoesto, approximately 12 km west of the town of Carballo. Galicia is one of the most pro mining regions in Spain with a number of active open-pit granite, slate, marble and coal mines currently in operation.
